The wearing of uniforms lends dignity to the process of education and identifies St. Elizabeth Seton as a school community. All St. Elizabeth Seton students are to be in uniform daily. The uniform should be kept neat, clean, and mended. Uniforms may be purchased at Target Department Store or Educational Outfitters Company. You can shop on line at www.educationaloutfitters.com. An assortment of clean, wearable, used uniforms are available at the used uniform sale in August or as needed throughout the year from our used uniform supply closet. The school sweatshirt will be available by special order in the fall. GIRLS (GRADES K – 5) - Jumper – plaid uniform jumper (5th grade jumper or uniform skirt)
- Pants – tailored navy blue pants – narrow-wale corduroy or twill; (no jeans, denim, oversized baggy pants, cargo pants, knit pants or sweatpants) A belt is required if needed to keep pants at waist. (No designer labels, or colored stitching)
- Shirt – white blouses, white or red polo shirts or turtlenecks (must be tucked in at all times)
- Shorts – navy walking shorts (no short shorts – must be no shorter than 3 inches above knee cap) Shorts are worn only during September and May/June.

ALL STUDENTS - Sweatshirts – SESS sweatshirts navy/red or SESS hooded overhead or zippered (no cut necks) A uniform shirt must be worn under the SESS sweatshirt.
· Socks Girls: solid color (red, navy blue or white) anklets, crew socks, knee highs or sweat socks, navy or white tights must be worn.
Boys: solid color (red, navy blue or white) crew socks or sweat socks must be worn. · Shoes – tennis shoes, or black/dark brown soft-soled shoes (no sandals, high heels, jellies, boots or clogs should be worn) soles and heels must be less than one inch in height and laced shoes must be tied. |
